I have a complex that I rent out to weird people! My tenant on the first floor is so needy.
She almost always calls me for something.
She has called me for a jammed drain, a light that won’t turn on and a stove burner that won’t light; It is a proper girl who cried wolf. I slowly began to stop answering her calls since I was sick of talking to her. She started calling me every day for an entire month and leaving messages. I had never responded until our other tenants began calling me, and apparently the first floor had a bee infestation. The bees really must have flew into the outdoor air vent and nested in my tenants ductwork. When I walked into the home I could hear the buzzing of bees in the walls and ceiling. I can’t understand how my tenant was still residing there with that various nests in the wall. What if the bees made the choice to fly out through her ductwork? I tried to get an Heating and A/C contractor to do duct labor cleaning, but the girl wasn’t touching that problem. After that I had to call a bee removal company that specializes in the safe transfer of bees. I did not personally care if the bees lived or died. I just wanted the bees out of my building. The bee removal service consisted of a girl with a big vacuum who scuked up the bees, then she then had a team remove the nests from the ductwork. It was a very simple service and well worth it. I do feel sort of bad for our tenant that had to live with the bees for so long.
