A/C is much needed after sailing

When my boyfriend wanted to take me sailing, I was excited. I had never been on a sailboat before and it sounded so fun, like something out of a movie. The day of the trip arrived and he set his sails, literally, and we were out in the open ocean within about 20 minutes. It was then that I started to feel sick. I quickly found out that I get seasick. My boyfriend was trying to help me. He had some seasickness pills and they worked after several minutes. At least I stopped puking into the water. However, I still felt dizzy and unwell. I wanted nothing more than to lay in a cool, air conditioned room and relax. Unfortunately, that was not an option. The sailboat had no air conditioning. We cut our sailing trip short and headed back to the marina. I was very apologetic but I think that my boyfriend felt as sorry as I did about everything. As soon as the sailboat was tied off he helped me into an air conditioned restaurant nearby and sat me down. I didn’t feel much like eating but I did have a soda. I felt much better after sitting in the cool air conditioned room too. We paid for the soda and my boyfriend drove me home. He then made sure I was cool and comfortable in front of the HVAC vent then he went to the store and made me some chicken noodle soup. I may never be the sailing type but I think the boyfriend may be a keeper.
