I had only moved into the section about two months before I realized it was time to have our a/c unit prepped for summer.
I didn’t assume actually many people because I had been tied up doing repairs to our home.
I had this charming seasoned farmhouse that needed major renovations. It needed a new electrical method and plumbing. There was actually little insulation in the walls, or attic. I had some major work to do. My Grandfather had left the farmhouse to me in his will, and no 1 had left there for over twenty-several years. I expected there to be all kinds of mangle inside and out, but it looked enjoy someone had just left it a short time ago. There were even dishes in the sink. There were cobwebs all over everything and dust deep enough to brush off, and it was mine. With Summer coming, I was finally getting the major work done, and I wanted to put our attention into the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system. I hadn’t given the gas furnace or a/c a thought up until that moment. It wasn’t until I realized it was getting more uncomfortable laboring in the house, that I thought about the a/c. I didn’t even assume if there was an A/C unit or a gas furnace. I started talking to people in town, trying to find out who was the best Heating as well as Air Conditioning dealer. I finally got the name of an seasoned gentleman. He came out and looked at the gas furnace for two hours before telling me there wasn’t any laboring on it. He said if I wanted a/c, I better get 1, since this beach house didn’t have either heating or AC.
