I was ecstatic when our child was starting up his own bakery, but he sure did get a run down place, and the place needed to be painted and needed some renovations to be ready to open for the public.
The nice news is that he was able to get some quality ovens for baking and he had the right device to bake all of his goods! When he was getting to the paint work that needed to be done, I told him he had to make sure to keep plenty of doors and windows open for ventilation, however i also explained that while both of us were renovating some things, both of us had to turn the Heating as well as A/C plan off, but my child said it was absolutely warm and he wanted the a/c on while doing paint and renovations, although I said he didn’t want any of the debris from the renovations getting into the air duct system, especially when both of us were sanding the walls and getting them ready for painting.
He ended up listening and he was ecstatic that he listened. The air duct plan and the air filter would have been entirely plugged if both of us had the cooling plan running, but fortunately, both of us were able to get all the renovations done and the paint looked charming by the time both of us were done. It was a lot of work, however that’s what you have to do when you are trying to save money on a place for your business. The bakery looks absolutely good now and after getting the Heating as well as A/C plan maintained out by the professionals, everything is in tip top shape and ready to go!
