There was one of these rooms in the house I grew up in.
I’m talking about the junk room of course. In our parent’s house, it was a room full of our mom’s special keepsakes. Upon inspection, I found it to be just a bunch of junk he simply couldn’t area with. But he claimed that this room was only superb for storage because the Heating & A/C wasn’t superb enough in there for guests. So, I called in the Heating & A/C people to please save me from letting the temperature disparity be the reason both of us have a junk room. The solution was having our existing Heating & A/C converted to a zone control Heating & A/C system. Now, there are 6 independent zones throughout the house. That means both of us have control units that can labor to customize whatever room or section of the house that needs it. My husband raised the white flag in addition to the junk room progression was stopped in its tracks.
