Heating, Ventilation, and A/C rescues junk room

I see them in almost every home I visit or spend any amount of time in.

There was a single of these rooms in the apartment I grew up in.

I’m talking about the junk room of course. In our parent’s house, it was a room full of our mom’s special keepsakes. Upon inspection, I found it to be just a bunch of junk she simply couldn’t area with. But she claimed that this room was only enjoyable for storage because the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C wasn’t enjoyable enough in there for guests. Well, I own our really own wonderfully appointed and nicely Heating, Ventilation, and A/C controlled house. A junk room is growing right under our roof. My wifey has a similar concern of letting stuff go that our mom still has. She has been staking out the downstairs guest room as her junk room. Weirdly ironic that she too is trying to use the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C as a ready reason to fully go junk room in our home. Now, it’s tplot that the entire section of the apartment where she is building her junk room is a bit warmer than the rest of the house. So, I called in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C people to please save me from letting the temperature disparity be the reason all of us have a junk room. The solution was having our existing Heating, Ventilation, and A/C converted to a zone control Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. Now, there are 6 independent zones throughout the house. That means all of us have control units that can work to customize whatever room or section of the apartment that needs it. My wifey raised the white flag and the junk room progression was stopped in its tracks.
