True to his word, he did, plus all of us saw a significant change in ladies related projects, universitys, pediatric hospitals plus childcare centers, one children’s lake new home in our hometown was a single of the biggest beneficiaries of his philanthropic gesture; Notably, he replaced all the Heating, Ventilation & A/C brands with new Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment, and for a facility housing 250 children at any given time, there was a pressing need to provide quality Heating, Ventilation & A/C that can guarantee indoor quality air.
The Heating, Ventilation & A/C business that was contracted to provide the heating plus cooling component is known for installing quality radiant heated floors plus lake new home services. His target market is mostly suppliers that require commercial a/c, but he did give in this particular assignment! But since this project was initiated, it ended with the replacement. Two years into the mayor’s presence in the office, no duct cleaning or a mere a/c service service has ever been done. In fact, not an a/c expert has been seen stepping foot in the children’s home. Temperature control in the lake new home is increasingly becoming a challenge, plus although the matter has been brought to the mayor’s attention, he is yet to comment on it publicly outrightly. Fearing for public outcry, he secretly sent over an a/c expert to assess the situation plus provide a written report to his office. It turned out several suppliers plus projects he supported in the same way when he joined the office faced challenges maintaining the AC units he supplied plus installed. Hopefully, the situation will not be politicised.
