After waiting almost more than eight hours for my Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman to arrive, I was livid.
I wasn’t sure if the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman even knew what to do when he arrived.
It wasn’t until I called the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier to let them think he had arrived, that I found out he wasn’t the original serviceman who was to do the task. I was legitimately frustrated when he arrived and I yelled at him. I told him that he had better do a perfect repair inspection on my gas furnace, If he didn’t, I would hold him personally responsible and he would have to pay for any gas furnace problems that happened came up during the winter. He simply said yes ma’am and walked away. It took him almost an hour for him to finish and he came upstairs and explained what he had done to the gas furnace. He said he had cleaned the inside and he put a current air filter into the gas furnace. He also installed a current igniter because the aged one was sputtering. I thanked him and I planned on paying him, although he told myself and others that it was no charge. He also told myself and others that if I had any questions I should call him and he offered myself and others his personal company card. I sat on my sofa later that evening wondering if there was more to his words of calling if I had questions. I picked up the telephone and I asked him if I should call him at house or if I should call him at the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier?
