After waiting almost 9 hours for our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman to arrive, I was livid.
I wasn’t sure if the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman even knew what to do when he arrived.
It wasn’t until I called the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C business to let them believe he had arrived, that I found out he wasn’t the original serviceman who was to do the task. I was genuinely upset when he arrived plus I yelled at him. I told him that he had better do a perfect repair inspection on our gas furnace, If he didn’t, I would hold him personally responsible plus he would have to pay for any gas furnace concerns that happened came up while I was in the winter. He simply said yes ma’am plus walked away. It took him almost an hour for him to finish plus he came upstairs plus explained what he had done to the gas furnace. He said he had cleaned the inside plus he put a modern air filter into the gas furnace. He also installed a modern igniter because the ancient a single was sputtering. I thanked him plus I planned on paying him, but he told myself and others that it was no charge. He also told myself and others that if I had any questions I should call him plus he gave myself and others his personal business card. I sat on our sofa later that night wondering if there was more to his words of calling if I had questions. I picked up the telephone plus I asked him if I should call him at condo or if I should call him at the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C business?
