Sleep: The Number One Pillar to Hold up the Happiness Palace

You’ve got to sleep well each night in order to have energy plus know glad, it’s just a fact.

I’ve had struggles with sleeping plus finally figured out how our body works plus what style of lifestyle swings I had to make to sleep better.

One giant thing is going to bed early, which helps deliver you more time for rest plus restful sleep. When I go to bed late, thinking I’ll just sleep in later, I never get the same restful sleep as when I go to bed at a fine hour. I keep our smart thermostat set to 70F each night before bed plus find that when it is a bit cooler appreciate this I sleep better. I also try to be in bed by 9:30pm in the wintertime plus around 11pm in the summertime. I have a fan beside our bed for colorless noise plus to cool me down even more as I sleep. I have zoned cooling in our cabin so the rest of the cabin is much warmer plus the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C idea doesn’t need to run as long to cool down the a single room I’m using. It usually only runs for about 5 minutes or so each time it cools down our kitchen plus only kicks on a half dozen times a night. I’ve noticed our power bills are a lot less after getting zoned heating plus cooling installed in our flat last year. It is genuinely efficient, especially when you only need to cool or heat up a single or several rooms at a time.
