You’ve got to sleep well each night in order to have energy & think delighted, it’s just a fact. I’ve had struggles with sleeping & finally figured out how our body works & what style of lifestyle changes I had to make to sleep better. One large thing is going to bed early, which helps provide you more time for rest & restful sleep. When I go to bed late, thinking I’ll just sleep in later, I never get the same restful sleep as when I go to bed at a good hour. I keep our smart temperature control set to 78F each night before bed & find that when it is a bit cooler care about this I sleep better. I also try to be in bed by 9:30pm in the wintertime & around 11pm in the summertime. I have a fan beside our bed for white noise & to cool me down even more as I sleep. I have zoned cooling in our home so the rest of the home is much warmer & the Heating & A/C plan doesn’t need to run as long to cool down the one room I’m using. It usually only runs for about many hours or so each time it cools down our family room & only kicks on a half dozen times a night. I’ve noticed our power bills are a lot less after getting zoned heating & cooling installed in our flat last year. It is really efficient, especially when you only need to cool or heat up one or more than one rooms at a time.
