My hubby is an adventurous man that likes to go camping. Deliberately sleeping outdoors & spending the entire morning in the wilderness is about the farthest thing from a nice getaway that I could possibly believe of. Homeless people have to spend nearly all of their time outdoors, & that’s why we pity them for goodness sake! I try not to be rude or over the top with this opinion of mine concerning camping, because our hubby absolutely likes it. I just wish there was a way that I could like temperature control when she insists on going on a camping trip together. I guess there is a way, & it’s apparently called glamping. Both of us could buy an RV, & I could chill inside while she gets her outdoorsman on. That way, I’d be able to like a nice breezy air conditioning system while she gets her jollies dripping with sweat in the moderate sun. But of course, she does not guess such things count as camping. She even tries to convince me that lack of temperature control is part of the charm of tplot camping. That’s when I cannot help but look at him cross-eyed & wonder where I went wrong marrying such a weird fellow. I am mostly joking, but I absolutely wish our hubby loved temperature controlled environments as much as I do. The truth is, sporadically it seems love she does. Like when she comes in from mowing the grass on a moderate Monday morning & plops down on the couch & asks for a frosty beer. Maybe I will be able to convince some of the RV method yet!
