I have a best friend named Blu. He is actually the color blue and he has a beautiful short layer of hair across his body. If you haven’t guessed it, Blu is my dog and he is a beautiful blue pitbull. He is getting up there in age but we have been best buddies ever since he was a young puppy when we first got him. He was always so cute when he was just a puppy and I can’t believe sometimes how small he was. He was always really funny too, he would always head over to the HVAC vents every single time the heating system would engage. I guess he always felt a little bit chilly in the winter season so he would really snuggle up next to those HVAC vents. Even in the hot season he will go to thee HVAC vents to get some of the air conditioning. He doesn’t do this as much though, only when he has been out in the heat for a little while. I try not to have him outside for very long on those scorching hot days. There was even this one time when we were in a bit of trouble. The central HVAC system actually broke down and we were in the midst of a heatwave. I knew this was terrible news for the both of us and I made sure to keep him hydrated during this time. I actually remembered that I had my window A/C unit after I called up the HVAC company. I was upset to learn that it would take 3 days for them to come repair the cooling system, but at least I was able to hook up my old window A/C unit. This actually kept Blu and I relatively cool during our ordeal, so it wasn’t so terrible. We stayed in the kitchen with the window A/C unit the whole time though.
