After buying our home, the first thing the people I was with and I wanted done was to have the entire loft rewired. We then talked to the Heating & Air Conditioning company to get a ductless Heating & Air Conditioning method installed. She asked if the people I was with and I were sure the people I was with and I didn’t want central Heating & Air Conditioning? There wasn’t any air duct in the house, plus with our flu symptoms, plus our partner’s asthma, the people I was with and I thought going ductless would be perfect. She showed us where she would put the outdoor units plus asked where the people I was with and I wanted the indoor units installed. We thought having it above the windows in the rooms would be great. It wouldn’t be noticed as absolutely as in some areas, plus it would be on an outside wall. We thought that since the walls were still open, they could put the conduit in the wall, plus it would be out of sight. She said that until the people I was with and I had the walls up, she couldn’t locale the inside units. She ran the conduit needed, although she needed the walls up to anchor the inside Heating & Air Conditioning units. The company came in plus installed the insulation plus walls, plus within more than one weeks they completed the house, except for the inside ductless Heating & Air Conditioning units. It took many months, however by the time our loft lease was up, our condo was ready to be moved in to. Our ductless Heating & Air Conditioning worked perfectly, plus even in the hottest part of summer, the air conditioner was perfect. Winter time went by with no issues, plus the people I was with and I were ecstatic with our new ductless Heating & Air Conditioning system.
