I decided that I was going to try a brand new type of air filter.
- I have been using the regular disposable air filters for quite some time now but after using them I had a recommendation from a friend that told me that I should try using some washable air filters.
We have been friends since high school and we were celebrating that she had just moved into her first home. When I walked into her home for the first time she had remarkably good indoor air quality, much better than I had in this really surprised me because I wasn’t sure what she had that I didn’t that was making her into air quality so good and so I decided to ask her. She even told me that I needed to get a washable air filter. I was really surprised when I heard about washable just because I had never even heard about filters before. What are washable air filters? She told me how to wash what air filters exactly. What sounds like a washable air filter is an air filter that allows you to be able to reuse it by either vacuuming it out or washing it. She doesn’t like the idea of getting the filters wet and so she’s just vacuuming out every time. She says they’re a little more expensive than the disposable air filters but because they’re reusable you end up saving more money and she even gave me a couple for free to try. I’m definitely going to try these new air filters and see how they work for me.
