I have to use fans to supplement my bad air conditioner

I grew up in a low income family with few resources to our name, however we lived in a two-entryway farmhouse that had a leaking roof and windows that would not shut completely, but at the time, I didn’t know anything odd because most of my friends lived in similar conditions, then everybody lived in outdated farm houses that were rickety and run down.

I was just the norm for that sort of area.

But all of us may do with what my pal and I had at the time, and inside of our homes, my pal and I didn’t worry about not having new amenities. We had running water and indoor plumbing and that is all that absolutely mattered to us at the time. We had a fireplace to keep us moderate in the winter season when it would get freezing outside. We would harvest wood from fallen trees on our property, cut them up, and then store them for the Fall, winter, and early Spring. In the absence of an indoor air conditioner, my pal and I would open our Windows to let in the breeze and then distribute the air using fans. We had ceiling fans in almost every room and box fans that my pal and I would put in doorways to keep air moving in and out, but this is just how you would survive with the lack of air conditioner, and nowadays I am lucky to live in good housing with new amenities. I have a three entryway house with two bathrooms and a central furnace and air conditioner. It’s absolutely nice having all of these features inside my current home! However, the air conditioner is not certainly good compared to most new air conditioners. It’s so bad at distributing air throughout the house that I am using fans like I did when I was a kid. I don’t mind though because it’s cheaper than buying a brand current air conditioner right now.
