Our friend was having a massive heating and A/C update to their home.
This didn’t surprise me at all. The dwelling they have moved into, was once abandoned and falling to pieces. The dwelling had everything it needed, and still was in pretty nice shape, however the previous owner just decided they didn’t want it any longer and left it. Our neighbors got it for a great price, and ever since then, they have been making a ton of updates. For one thing, they repainted the dwelling to a light gray, and then they unaffixed the cheap stucco and put brick on the front of their home. They replaced the windows to crucial beautiful windows, as well as added a brand modern fence in the front yard. They repaired the old shed as well, and made it look new. This was all of the things they were doing on the outside of the home, I can’t imagine all of the things they were adding inside of the home! So when I saw a heating and cooling truck outside of their home, I wasn’t surprised. They were removing the old central heating and A/C machine, and replacing it with a modern type of Heating and A/C equipment. Their cooling system truck had a bunch of smaller heat and cooling system units, and I could only feel that those were absolutely ductless cooling systems. I watched the Heating and A/C specialists remove the old boiler system and cooling system for a little while, before going back to what I was originally doing.
