I hate washing laundry.
The thing about me and laundry is that I wait until the amount of laundry becomes so out of hand, that I am stuck at the laundromat all day long. I hate that I do this to myself but I constantly put myself into situations where I am behind on something. Laundry always takes the hit and I will spend 3 or more hours washing, drying, and folding my clothes. During the winter folding clothes is the best. It’s so cold outside but feeling the warmth of the clothing as you fold it, can’t be beaten. The summer can be rough but the air conditioning is amazing as well. The clothes come out of the dryer steamy and hot. But with the air conditioning, it’s hardly noticeable. I’m good friends with the owner of the laundromat and I always thank her for having great air quality when we need it. She told me that she has an HVAC tech come out once every month to take care of the air filters and every 6 months to check out her heating and cooling system. All I know is during the summer, I am happy that the air conditioning is working at peak performance. The winter isn’t bad with the heater because the clothes are still hot. I may spend 3 and hours at a laundromat, but the air conditioning helps me feel nice and cool the whole time. Now if this place ever got rid of its air conditioners, I will find another laundromat that does have air conditioning.
