- Me plus my wifey have a lot of things in common, which enriches our relationship plus helps us relate to each other undoubtedly well.
However, as with any couple, there are a few things that we differ on. She’s a pet person plus I am a dog person; we’ve yet to get a pet because of this. I like gritty war plus action films plus documentaries, plus she loves sappy rom-coms plus drama plus reality TV. It takes a lot of effort plus searching for us to sit down plus watch something that we can both care about together. However, for all the ways that we are weird from each other, there is 1 way that I honestly wish we were not different. My wifey gets chilly way too easily, plus I run undoubtedly hot. Thus, we always war over the thermostat. I don’t suppose it’s healthy to want your spouse to leave the house for as long as possible just so that you can be comfortable with the temperature, although I find myself wishing that often, plus I am blissful when she decides to go out almost actually because of this! I mean, it’s also because I am an introvert plus I entirely love my alone time, although I also get to be perfectly comfortable during my alone time! When I hear her car hit the driveway I groan plus roll my eyes, get up, plus provide her as hot a greeting as I can when she walks in. But, it does not hot her up at all, plus she immediately notices that I turned down the thermostat plus demands that it be returned to the temperature she prefers!
