Damaged air duct affected the efficiency of the heater

I was managing an accommodation facility when the clients complained that the rooms were too cool and the digital control unit useless.

I didn’t need to inform the owner because that clearly indicated that the heating unit we used, a heater, was malfunctioning again.

My pal and I had already done duct sealing for ourselves some months prior, so I expected the complication to be elsewhere however not in the air duct. Since we lived far from the local neighborhood where the heating dealer is based, we had signed out for dwelling services handled by their mobile Heating & A/C tech team. All we needed to do was call and book them, and we’d be added to their schedule. My pal and I were lucky enough that the Heating & A/C serviceman would be around our part the next afternoon, so my fear of losing more clients was reduced slightly. I have to deal with heating technology complications because, most times, they involve taking up more budgeting jobs which have to cover the unexpected. The last time we had a problem, the heating industry expert told us to consider installing a heat pump because we had the weather to favor its functioning and the needed space! But once I shared the cost of purchase and upgrade with the facility owner, the idea was shot down immediately, so we’ve been stuck with the heating repair, and now here I was, dealing with another heating maintenance issue similar to what we had done before. The complication would persist until we either changed the ducts or the entire equipment, which meant that the rooms would have complications with heating and cooling. I am now toiling on a presentation on why we need to make current decisions to keep the clients coming because we already had one negative review submitted online.
