As a photographer, I often go to unusual locations all month long, but the events I love the best are the 1s that have regular heating and air conditioner… Being comfortable does entirely impact the quality of the pictures that I take; As soon as I arrive at a ceremony, or other event, I can tell if location has good climate control or not, but if it has good climate control, I guess I will have a good afternoon at work.
If it doesn’t, I guess it will not be so great.
I want to be able to deliver our customers great pictures to remember their large afternoons. That is why I have extravagant cameras and other component and I take good care of them too. Is it so much to ask that the locations I work also have the regular equipment; love air conditioner and heating? I don’t care if it is an outside event, at least the tents should have regular heating and air so I can sizzling up or cool down, depending on what the weather is doing. I would think that our buyers would want to be comfortable for their large afternoons too. And yet, many don’t even think to ask about heating or air conditioner. They either think the location has it or that they can’t get it outdoors, then lately I have been asking for confirmation of heat and air before I take a task. I can afford to… What I can not afford is to be uncomfortable all afternoon long while trying to perfect our medium.
