A few weeks ago, I began work as an Heating and A/C worker.
The first week at my new job has been awesome.
I guess my trainer, Bill, is the best person that the Heating and A/C company could supply me. Outside of myself, I have been told by many individuals that work at the Heating and A/C company as well. He also has a natural talent for communicating with anyone he encounters. Bill has told me that he had to learn a superb deal from a long time of being in difficult situations that involved some different people. He has an uncanny knack for getting along with people and finding wants to alleviate their stress through conversation together with the provision of numerous viable solutions to their financial woes. This helps his customers to feel pleased. From the short time I’ve spent working with Bill, I can confidently say that he embodies the epitomes of professionalism. The other day, a person named Erik was at a lake house dealing with a broken cooling unit and the recent loss of a friend. When we arrived at Erik’s lake house, we could tell that he wasn’t in a superb state of mind. Bill told him to put his family first and that we can come back another time. He said, “Let’s return in a few weeks.” Bill is careful and legitimately professional like I said and I could tell that Erik actually loved that he said that. Customers like Bill’s emotional intelligence and his empathy for all. I know our jobs are to service HVAC systems, however we can all take an extra step like Bill to make sure the shopper experience is number one.
