I tried so hard and got so far, but in the end, it didn’t even matter; the indoor air quality had still not improved.
The foul smell from the nearby factory still lingered.
The factory had been issued a foreclosure order, but they always managed to wiggle their way out of it or buy time, but this time round, the word in town was they would finally close down for good. The factory would be moved to a different place, which would be good riddance for most of us. Even with that in mind, I had to do something about air purification. I resolved to upgrade to a better HVAC with more advanced cooling technology. I called the cooling company to confirm the details of the climate control system. The cooling specialist who advised me said my idea was excellent. He also added that given the position of the home near a factory, it was best that I also include an air purification system. The other reason I called the a/c service company was to order an air filter, which I changed every month and a half courtesy of the processing plant. Regular HVAC maintenance was mandatory if you wanted your air conditioner to hold up. When other homes conducted duct cleaning maybe every four years, ours had to be done more often than that. The cooling technicians did their best to attend to the needs of every cooling equipment as quickly as they possibly could. It was every homeowner’s dream to be rid of the factory as soon as possible. Most had given up on that since every time their hopes were raised, they were crushed shortly after. In the meantime, the cooling experts were our saving grace regarding the a/c setups.
