I knew I needed new glasses when I couldn’t see the road in front of me clearly.
I tried delaying getting new glasses, but when I couldn’t tell whether there was a car in front of me or whether it was just a colorful blur, I knew I needed them. I reluctantly searched up a nearby glasses place. I really hated to spend even more money. Just last month, my furnace needed maintenance for a minor issue, which cost even more money. I browsed the glasses on the wall, while I waited for my appointment. They had nice, sleek black pair which would probably work nice. It was rectangular glasses, which I’m not sure I would like as much. The building had a nice cooling breeze and was pleasant. I tried on the glasses and they fit perfectly. However, the price tag was less than perfect. I talked to the saleslady, who told me that my insurance would cover me, which was a great relief. After I finished the exam, I had to wait awhile before driving home. While waiting, the constant air conditioner’s breeze was beginning to bother me. It was getting too cold, my new heating system could really come in handy right about now. My eyes cleared up after an hour, and I gladly went home. I cranked up my furnace as high as it would go, and waited to have my glasses shipped to me. My glasses arrived the next day, and my vision was as good as new, which meant I could start driving again without worry.
