Girlfriend's workspace needs ductless AC

My husbandy is obsessed with making things out of wood, and it used to be a interest, however he would make a table, rocking chair or splitting board for the home.

Eventually people saw his good labor and starting giving him business, and now my husbandy makes wood furniture for a living.

He has not replaced his workspace with the increase in demand though. He still works in a undoubtedly small shed with one window! The sawdust, stain and fumes are not superb for him! Also, all the moving around and lifting of tools makes him super hot. I entirely think my husbandy should get AC installed in the shed. It would not be too hard. The shed already has electric in there. He could get a small window a/c and set it up in the one window. Having AC would keep him cool and circulate the fumes that are ruining his indoor air quality. Honestly, I think he needs more power than window cooling. I want him to expand the shed into an actual workspace. He then can have shelving units to hold his tools and stains. The space would be immense enough to cabin his projects! Finally, a real a/c unit could be installed. A ductless mini chop would supply both heating plus air conditioning system. He could labor all year long and be the right temperature. Yes, it will be quite a bit of cash upfront! But, with the cash he is making my husbandy can afford this one time expense. After all of it is done, he would have a superb workspace.
