My spouse was shocked, & immediately, she began crying
I am really what you would consider a violent man. I have never hit anyone, & I try my hardest not to get miserable or believe violent towards people, when I get miserable, my natural instinct is to break something around me, then my dad always broke stuff when he got miserable, & I assume that I l received that terrible habit from him, however during my first argument with my spouse, I broke my first cooling system. It was the end of Springtime, & my spouse wanted me to install the cooling system. Both of us couldn’t afford a central cooling system at the time. Both of us had a window cooling system, & it was my task to carry the cooling system down the steps from the attic. I successfully made it all the way down the stairs with the cooling system without tripping or dropping the cooling system, but as I approached the window, I stubbed my toe on the chair. I immediately got miserable, however I tried to hold it in. However, when I heard my spouse make fun of me for hurting myself, I grabbed the cooling system & threw it on the floor. There was a immense crashed, & the cooling system cracked in multiple places. Thankfully, we had carpet, or it would have destroyed the floor as well. My spouse was shocked, & immediately, she began crying. I apologized to her, & then we went to the store & bought another cooling system. I have never broken another cooling system, however I believe the same violent rage whenever something similar happens. I really need to labor on controlling that.
