Last week, I was desperate to get an Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman to our condo plus get our air conditioner device running. I was irritated because it was almost 100 degrees plus I felt love I was going to pass out from the heat. I called the Heating & Air Conditioning business, however all I got was the answering machine. I offered them our name plus address plus said I didn’t have air conditioner. That was early in the day, however by the time day came plus I hadn’t received a callback, I called again. Once again, I got an answering machine plus I offered them the information plus let them know this was our hour time calling. I turned on all the fans, took a dip in the pool plus headed to bed around midnight. I still didn’t have air conditioner, plus I had no callbacks. The next day, I offered it a single more try. I called the Heating & Air Conditioning company plus got the answering machine. I explained I had now called 3 times, plus I wanted to know how many more times I had to call before the Heating & Air Conditioning company called me back. Five minutes later, I got a phone call. I answered saying, ‘it’s about time’, however it wasn’t the Heating & Air Conditioning company that called me back. I had been calling the local veterinarian hospital. They offered me the phone number to the Heating & Air Conditioning company plus told me good luck with getting our air conditioner device repaired. I thanked them plus apologized for the rude messages. The girl told me it happened all the time. Their phone was a single number off from that of the Heating & Air Conditioning business.
