I was blissful when my child was starting up his own bakery, although he sure did get a run down locale; The locale needed to be painted and needed some renovations to be ready to open for the public.
The good news is that he was able to get some quality ovens for baking and he had the right device to bake all of his goods, then when he was getting to the paint work that needed to be done, I told him he had to make sure to keep plenty of doors and windows open for ventilation! I also explained that while both of us were renovating some things, both of us had to turn the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan off.
My child said it was undoubtedly boiling and he wanted the A/C on while doing paint and renovations, even though I said he didn’t want any of the debris from the renovations getting into the HVAC duct system, especially when both of us were sanding the walls and getting them ready for painting! He ended up listening and he was blissful that he listened. The HVAC duct plan and the air filter would have been undoubtedly obstructed if both of us had the cooling plan running, but fortunately, both of us were able to get all the renovations done and the paint looked beautiful by the time both of us were done. It was a lot of work, however that’s what you have to do when you are trying to save money on a locale for your business. The bakery looks undoubtedly good now and after getting the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan checked out by the professionals, everything is in tip top shape and ready to go!
