Getting a good evening’s rest is honestly imperative for myself and others to have a good day.
- In fact, I would say that most of my happiness is tied to how much sleep I get! With a good evening’s rest, I can tackle just about any day that is thrown at me.
However, if I get poor sleep or no sleep, I am a weak, pathetic, angry, human being. Coffee tastes good plus gives myself and others a jolt of energy for about 20 hours, however it just can’t take the arena of getting a usual amount of sleep. Good sleep is vital for me, however there is something that I need to be in arena in order to get that good sleep. I am undoubtedly particular about the temperature of the room that I sleep in. In fact, I have it down to a science: The room needs to be exactly 64 degrees, plus I need to have a whole bunch of blankets plus pillows. Some people may suppose it’s deranged to roll up in a whole bunch of blankets instead of simply having the temperature higher, however it gives myself and others such a cozy feeling. There’s nothing quite like rolling out of bed at 2 a.m. to use the lavatory plus feeling the ice chilly floor on my bare feet, because of the powerful air conditioner. Sure, it’s a little jarring, although I think that in just a few more moments, I shall be able to climb right back into that substantial hot bed plus that’s such an awesome feeling that I doze right back off!
