Now that the adolescents are out of the house the two of us can finally make some of the changes the two of us have wanted to do for years, and the people I was with and I wanted to make our home less child friendly.
Not that the two of us didn’t like having and raising our adolescents however the two of us wanted some space of our own.
The adolescents rooms were being made into a family room, art studio and guest room. The people I was with and I also decided to as on a FL room with a hot tub. This addition would require a bit more planning that just redecorating the rooms that were already in the house. The main thing that the two of us needed to find out was how to deliver perfect weather conditions control in the current room plus supply the fuel source to heat the water in the current hot tub. The people I was with and I already have a boiler system to deliver heat for the house and because the two of us use natural gas the two of us hoped that the two of us could just expand that system. The current space and hot tub would need additional device it turned out however the two of us were ecstatic to learn that the two of us could us an on demand hot water device to deliver heat for the room and the hot tub, then our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation has been unbelievable and pointed us in the direction of the perfect device for that and advised us to install a mini cut device for cooling too. The people I was with and I are amazed at the way current technology can do so much with so little equipment. The people I was with and I are totally looking forward to our current living spaces and hope that the adolescents are too offended that the two of us have taken over the whole house now that they are gone.
