Now that the teenagers are out of the house we can finally make some of the swings we have wanted to do for years, and every one of us wanted to make our beach house less child friendly.
Not that we didn’t care about having and raising our teenagers but we wanted some space of our own.
The teenagers rooms were being made into a beach house office, art studio and guest room. Every one of us also decided to as on a Florida room with a boiling tub. This addition would require a bit more planning that just redecorating the rooms that were already in the house. The main thing that we needed to find out was how to provide perfect weather conditions control in the current room & supply the fuel source to heat the water in the current boiling tub. Every one of us already have a boiler system to provide heat for the house and because we use natural gas we hoped that we could just expand that system. The current space and boiling tub would need additional unit it turned out but we were glad to learn that we could us an on demand boiling water unit to provide heat for the room and the boiling tub… Our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C business has been fantastic and pointed us in the direction of the perfect unit for that and advised us to install a mini split unit for cooling too. Every one of us are amazed at the way current technology can do so much with so little equipment. Every one of us are totally looking forward to our current living spaces and hope that the teenagers are too offended that we have taken over the whole house now that they are gone.
