I run a 2-star hotel at the town center, and during winter, I do not have customers streaming in and making orders compared to summer periods.
- So I decided to do a survey and ask a few customers how they found their stay and almost all of them singled out the inadequate HVAC.
I had not thought of installing new HVAC systems in that hotel because it was still new. The provider’s air conditioner service was fair and quite affordable, and that motivated me to do more installations in the hotel. The provider chose for me the best residential HVAC for my hotel, and his repairman also did a great job because I understand most of them are reckless with laying the HVAC duct, leading to costly ductwork cleaning. After my central heating started delivering both heating and cooling throughout the hotel, I decided to seek energy saving help. With time, I was able to install dampers to be able to have zone control in different parts of the hotel.
