I had one, but if she had all these other people in front of the line, I could not bring myself to put myself at the beginning just because I paid for service plus repair agreement. I explained this to her, plus she responded favorably to what I said. She told myself and others she would get an Heating & A/C serviceman to my home, despite the fact that she wasn’t sure what time he would arrive. She asked what was the latest I would want an Heating & A/C serviceman in my home? The Heating & A/C tech actually showed up during the breakfast second, while my husband plus kids were resting at the table eating frosty meat sandwiches. There is no way I was going to cook when it was 95° in our house.
