I was so upset with myself when I decided to go into the winter without getting a tune-up for the heating system.
This important HVAC maintenance was something I never skipped before, but we were very short on money this fall. So we got into the winter months and the heating system seemed to be working okay. I made sure there was a fresh air filter and everything. Finally when I was able to get some more money together, I had to call up the HVAC company to work on the heating system to make sure everything was okay. It was a good thing that I did this because the HVAC technician discovered that there were some worn parts and the heating system wouldn’t have lasted the remainder of the winter without breaking down. I just had a bad feeling and I knew that something had to be done. I didn’t like the fact that I had to pass on the heating system tune-up back in the fall season, but when you don’t have enough money, what else can you do? It would have been nice to have had everything squared away before we got into the winter months, but this is just how things went. I’m just so happy that I was able to get enough money together to get everything fixed before we had to deal with some real issues in the middle of the winter. I would’ve had to pay for emergency HVAC services and we would have been freezing in the winter season. Fortunately, we didn’t have to do anything like that.
