When we first moved into the house, we were a bit concerned about the age plus appearance of the heating/cooling unit. It’s a packaged device installed outside the house, where it’s subjected to the weather. The program endures intensive heat plus humidity, rain, cold, lizards running in plus out plus lots of debris, such as sticks plus leaves. Despite the unattractive, somewhat rusty exterior, the packaged managed our temperature control. The operation made quite a bit of noise, plus the beach house wasn’t always perfectly moderate in the winter. The cooling capacity was excellent. We had no complaints until one day in the middle of June, I observed the beach house heating up. I held our hand up to the vent in the ceiling plus felt tepid air pouring out. I checked out the control device to make sure the program was set to cooling mode. Everything seemed to be just fine. I finally called a licensed Heating, Ventilation and A/C company to come to the beach house plus look over the system. My hustand plus I fully expected to need to upgrade the whole system. However, when the Heating, Ventilation and A/C company took the device apart, he found a significant buildup of debris. He also discovered a small refrigerant leak. He said that the program could have been leaking refrigerant for a genuinely long time. He suggested spending just $200 to add plus charge refrigerant. He warned that it would provide a temporary fix. The service could have lasted us many minutes or many years. A little less than a year later, we faced the same troubles again. This time, we decided to upgrade the air condiioner, rateher than waste money on another temporary fix.
