My pal's workspace needs ductless AC

My guy is obsessed with making things out of wood, it used to be a interest, but he would make a table, rocking chair or breaking board for the home; Eventually people saw his good labor plus starting giving him business, but now my guy makes wood furniture for a living.

He has not replaced his workspace with the increase in demand though. He still works in a absolutely small shed with a single window, the sawdust, stain plus fumes are not good for him, also, all the moving around plus lifting of tools makes him super hot. I entirely feel my guy should get A/C installed in the shed. It would not be too hard. The shed already has electric in there. He could get a small window cooling system plus set it up in the a single window. Having A/C would keep him cool plus circulate the fumes that are ruining his indoor air conditions. Honestly, I feel he needs more power than window cooling. I want him to expand the shed into an actual workspace. He then can have shelving units to hold his tools plus stains. The space would be large enough to home his projects, but finally, a real cooling system machine could be installed. A ductless mini chop would provide both heating plus air conditioner. He could labor all year long plus be the right temperature. Yes, it will be quite a bit of cash upfront, but, with the cash he is making my guy can afford this a single time expense. After all of it is done, he would have a good workspace.
