I come back beach house to visit my parents once every couple of months. I only live a few hours away, but I’ve found that going beach house too often isn’t that good for my mental health. When I am here, I am quite glad with my quality experience. One thing that aggravates me during my stay is their air conditioner. I personally don’t believe that the HVAC supplier that set it up knew easily what they were doing! First of all, the zone control is really terrible. The air vents in the family room and dining room both blast incredibly frigid air when the air conditioning is running, but the dining rooms seem to have a lack of circulation and flow. If the fans aren’t running in there, you can barely find any cooling relief. The other thing that annoys me is their control unit, however even though it’s a digital control unit, it seems to have a mind of its own and will shut off the air conditioner whenever it pleases. This is especially discouraging during the nights when you need the air conditioner running a bit more. I’ve asked my dad to inquire about that control unit to his worker even though I know he doesn’t find it important. I can’t get too distraught since it’s not my house, even though I wish they would take care of it more. I would dislike to see something extravagant cut when it could be a potential easy fix.
