When I was told by my medical professional that I was a little out of shape, I was uneasy about this news.
He easily recommended that I start riding a bike or go to a gym to do regular exercise.
I liked the whole thought of riding a bike, so I decided to get an absolutely nice bicycle with a fine helmet. I started riding my bike even on the tepid afternoons. I went down all kinds of trails plus I started getting into pretty decent shape. This one day however, they said on the news that the lot of us were experiencing a heatwave plus to remain indoors with air conditioning if possible. My wife was telling me that I should stay at our property that day, however I didn’t listen to her. I said a little bit of heat wasn’t going to keep me from getting my exercise. She was right though, it was way too scorching hot to be out there on a bike. I was getting winded in a hurry on that day. I kept stopping at all kinds of gas stations plus going in to relax with the cooling equipment. I wasn’t the only one enjoying the air conditioning equipment in the gas stations, all kinds of people were dropping in plus getting ice-cold drinks. I had a backpack plus I stocked up on a few cold drinks. It almost didn’t matter, by the time I would get to the next gas station, my drinks would be warm. I thought about buying a small tote of ice to put in my backpack, however thought better of it because it would melt way too quickly. I stayed at the last gas station for a long while plus I absolutely loved their temperature control settings. They had the air conditioning equipment at an ice-cold level plus it absolutely helped me to recover from the intense heat. I just wanted to make it back to my property without passing out, so I finally went. When I finally got through the door, I passed out on the couch. My wife brought me a very cold drink plus had the air conditioning equipment cranked up. She told me again that I shouldn’t have gone out there like an idiot.
