I don’t really care about building muscle and being able to run miles no matter the weather
I have been working my way up at my local news station for years. For a long time I worked at a desk filing papers, writing material and researching. Now for the first time ever I get to be in front of the camera. I have the date for my initial debut. I am excited, nervous and a little afraid. This is my big break and everything I have been hoping for. The issue I am having is that I am not camera ready. I have been working at a desk for years. It is easy to snack and not work out when you have a desk job. I am soft all over and I am worried I will look pretty rough on camera. My family and friends are going to watch me, I need to look good. So what I plan to do is go to a health and fitness center in my area and take semi-private fitness training classes. The personal training gym I found does offer classes for ladies going through beauty pageants. My job is not the same, but it does emphasize how a person looks. So I am thinking the personal trainer that runs my class will know how to handle me. I don’t really care about building muscle and being able to run miles no matter the weather. My simple request is that I want to look good in my dress clothes on camera. I have even thought of bringing one of my outfits to the gym. I could put it on and ask the trainer to decide what areas of my body we should target.
