New office in outdated building with outdated Heating and Air Conditioning

They do not provide accurate or efficient indoor air quality to a single area of the building! As you walk through the big space you notice fluctuating hot and cold patches in every room.

For several years our corporation has been talking about expanding. They have been dead set on acquiring another facility and spreading our operations across the city. They believed that they could make a lot of extra money if they had a retail space on the west side rather than relying on all of their corporation in the center of the bustling metropolitan area. I do not disagree with their planning… But I wish that they were more adequate with the follow-through. You see, our corporation ultimately wound up acquiring an outdated building that all of us now have to work in. The problem is, the indoor air quality is absolutely horrendous. The building that they are utilizing has an outdated Commercial heating, cooling, and air quality control plan that is supposed to supply high-quality indoor air throughout the entire 20,000 foot space, then unblessedly, the Commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation units are clearly older than I am. They do not provide accurate or efficient indoor air quality to a single area of the building! As you walk through the big space you notice fluctuating hot and cold patches in every room. The air always stinks appreciate something is burning or growing inside of the HVAC duct. Worst of all, you can’t absolutely rely on the heating or cooling plan to operate in a consistent and energy efficient manner. Some mornings the air conditioner component and forced air oil furnace work, and some mornings they do not. When our corporation said they wanted to expand, they should have set aside money for a working Heating and Air Conditioning system.
