Sam has been with her supplier for 10 years already.
She enjoys her work and the people she works with. One recent morning, 1 of the employees she works with starting complaining loudly that the thermostat in her office was not controlling the temperature correctly as it should be. Once this was brought to Sam’s attention, she instantly called the property employer. The designated property employer sent an Heating and Air Conditioning professional out immediately to help resolve the issue. When she finally arrived to the office, she realized that she would need to go ahead and call her partner for help. The Heating and Air Conditioning professional on call would not be able to access the appropriate vents to do the entire service without help from someone operating the central thermostat from inside the office. Once Sam heard that the service would be delayed, she decided to help out but she could. She knew that the a track service being delayed would really aggravated her boss, Louis, and she did not want to deal with that. The on-site Heating and Air Conditioning professional told Sam that if she could climb into the ceiling and adjust the air vents while she adjusted the thermostat, she could have the Central air conditioning system repaired by the end of the morning. Thanks entirely to Sam’s willingness to help out, the air conditioning system was totally repaired and everyone was blissful. If they would have had to set back and wait for the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals partner, they absolutely would have been out of air conditioning system for at least another full morning for more, and the temperature inside was climbing by the hour.
