Sue has always been a DIY kind of woman. She built her own house full of furniture and eventually went on to build a condo for her family many years ago, before all of this, she was really into purchasing homes that often needed a lot of work, fixing them up and flipping them overtime for a profit. She found this kind of work to be fun and rewarding. She loved working with her hands and was always coming up with modern ideas, and Sue was smart about the houses she would buy to invest in. She would always ensure that the Heating and Air Conditioning system did not need complete replacing before the purchase. Last year, she bought a brand new beach condo with a 5 year-old Heating and Air Conditioning system installed inside. This wasn’t too old, so it really still had a few years of operation left on it. As soon as she got the keys, she went over to the existing modern condo to beginning on a project. She easily observed that the temperature inside was nearly 69 degrees. She carefully adjusted the thermostat, and began her work. The old condo was not cooling down after several hours, so Sue called an Heating and Air Conditioning professional out to the house to take a look. After the inspection, Sue was told that the Heating and Air Conditioning system would need a full HVAC system updatement. Angry, she agreed to the updatement. She sincerely thought that with only 5 years of use, this entire Heating and Air Conditioning system would last the next owners a few more workable years with no issues. Sue was aggravated, but she was able to sell the condo in no time and luckily made a giant profit even with the cost of the modern Heating and Air Conditioning system installation.
