Sue has always been a DIY kind of woman. She built her own house full of furniture and eventually went on to build a condo for her family many years ago, before all of this, she was really into purchasing homes that often needed a lot of work, fixing them up and flipping them overtime for a profit. She found this kind of work to be fun and rewarding. She loved working with her hands and was always coming up with modern ideas, and Sue was smart about the houses she would buy to invest in.
