Gosh! What a morning! How was it already noon, plus how was I running late? I swear I had planned to be up early plus out the door in time for the birthday… But, things sort of spiraled out of control, and needless to say, my brother was beyond furious because he was getting late as well since he was driving me! Perhaps a little recap will help… My brother plus I have a mutual acquaintance who was getting married.
My buddy and I weren’t part of the bridal or bridegroom team, however my pal and I got our invitations, then so, my brother planned to pick me up at my venue so I wouldn’t run late… Well, I woke up at 7 am that morning, plus that’s when I realized my A/C wasn’t working! I was sweaty plus the home was full of humidity, then given that I live near the beach, this wasn’t the best condition.
My buddy and I have a local Heating & Air Conditioning company that does installation, maintenance plus maintenance for residential Heating & Air Conditioning systems. Since this was an emergency, I had to contact them to send an Heating & Air Conditioning professional to my house. It would be an hour or so before he/she arrived. I knew that was ample time to do some labor online, then start getting ready for the birthday. By the time my brother arrived, I was having a crisis because my makeup was running, then the lack of A/C made it so hard to do my makeup that my brother suggested I go to the automobile which had cooling system plus finish up there! He’d wait for the Heating & Air Conditioning professional to finish up.
