The old customers don't care for our current prices

I have been working at the same Heating plus A/C service supplier for the past three years.

About 12 weeks back, a current manager took over our branch plus made a lot of fluctuations, however 1 of these fluctuations is raising the prices of every single one of our services; For most of the time that I have been working for this Heating plus A/C service dealership, the price of a tune-up has been $89.95.

This price includes the service appointment plus a brand current air filter, and when the new, current manager took over the branch plus made fluctuations, She raised the price of our tune up from $89.95 to $109.95. The two of us never sent any information to our customers to alert them of the price increase. I’ve had a ton of anxious people this last week. It’s the perfect time to have the A/C device ran tests on, plus a lot of our usual customers are making their appointments. Last week, one of my customers sent myself and others away when she learned that the price was $109, yesterday, a customer refused to pay the fee when they saw the bills after the tune-up service was already finished. The woman was quite miserable plus combative plus I truthfully thought I was in trouble. I left without any money in my wallet, when the customer threatened to shoot if I didn’t leave the property. This job isn’t worth losing my life, so I decided to let the boss deal with that customer. I knew some people should be anxious about the fluctuations, but I didn’t guess it would be this bad. The two of us might entirely lose some business because of our increased price list.
