The smell gets really bad
I have to say, I really hate having to go and get gas for my car. Everyone has to do it of course, otherwise, we wouldn’t be able to drive anywhere. But I hate having to go get gas because the gas station stinks! And I do not mean in any way that the business itself is bad. They are actually some of the nicest people that run the gas station I go to in my local area. It is the literal smell of the gas station that gets me! It has that really gas type smell wherever you go in the place. Even when you go into the little building to pay for your gas and buy snacks, drinks, etc…it even stinks in there! What they need is a serious air purification system I think. They wouldn’t be able to use the air purification system to clean the air of what is outside, naturally. But for the inside part of the gas station, I feel that some kind of an air purification system will actually do the trick in cleaning up the indoor air in that place. The smell gets really bad. So bad, that when I am even in there for just a few minutes to pay for my gas, or to grab a bag of chips, I almost feel like throwing up when I go back out and get into my car! I did mention something to the cash register person about my feelings. I also asked them how they could work there for several hours a day with that smell. They said that they just got used to it.
