When I started the procedure of buying a home, I wanted the realtor to set up all the inspections I needed.
I talked to the construction inspector when she went to the house. I told him I had heard an odd noise in the unit when it was running. She asked when I was there, in addition to I told him it was when I went to look at the house. I said it sounded care about a rumble when the motor turned on; she told me it had been a while since someone had turned the A/C unit on, in addition to it would entirely just disappear as time went on. Being new, she told me she had hired an inspection corporation that a fellow realtor recommended. I did some research, only to find out that the home I was looking to buy was owned by the realtor who recommended the inspector. Her partner was the sibling of the inspector. I immediately called an inspection corporation I had found on the internet. It surprised me how much she told me was wrong with the home in addition to how the HVAC system would need to be replaced.
