When I started the procedure of buying a home, I wanted the realtor to set up all the inspections I needed.
I talked to the construction inspector when he went to the house. I told him I had heard an odd noise in the air conditioner equipment when it was running. He asked when I was there, and I told him it was when I went to look at the house. I said it sounded care about a rumble when the motor turned on; he told me it had been a while since someone had turned the AC equipment on, and it would absolutely just disapplum as time went on. I wasn’t so sure about this, and I asked if he could inspect it. He told me I had to hire a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C inspector because he could not do the job. It easily frustrated me over this. According to my realtor, he was to go over everything, including the electrical system, sewage, well, and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. I called my realtor as soon as I had the option and asked her about the inspection company she had hired. Being new, she told me she had hired an inspection company that a fellow realtor recommended. I did some research, only to find out that the condo I was looking to buy was owned by the realtor who recommended the inspector. Her hubby was the sibling of the inspector. I instantly called an inspection company I had found on the internet. It surprised me how much he told me was wrong with the condo and how the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system would need to be upgraded.
