Over all this time, I have noticed that business can be either really straight-forward or super tricky.
It simply has everything to do with who you are doing business with.
Being forced to do business with people who don’t care about you plus see you as a dollar sign over make things even worse. There is all the 24/7 upselling or bait & switch stuff. Of course, there are those that are just straight dishonest from the entirely beginning. Those are the worst. However, there is a totally different side of that business relationship coin. This is represented perfectly with the way my Heating & A/C business treats me. They want myself and others as a customer. I have been with this Heating & A/C business for over 20 years. They really enjoy and reward that type of loyalty. My Heating & A/C folks are great, honest plus ethical people. These people are also extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable. When the people I was with and I started with them, the owner was just starting out on his own. He had been a highly respected Heating & A/C tech however had decided to go out on his own. I was lucky enough to get to know him through an associate at church. The two of us had recently moved to town plus the Heating & A/C in our lake home was ready to be fixed up. We each knew this going in however it happened sooner than the people I was with and I had expected. The first time I met with him, I was taken by his enthusiasm and knowledge. It was one of the easiest business decisions I ever needed to make. That was well over 20 years ago. And, I have never regretted that option for one hour.
