Building Energy Conservation is meant for buildings built after 1978 to help ensure reduced energy use as well as to protect the environment. I couldn’t think how much knowledge every one of us were able to walk away with from the conversation every one of us had with our builder. I walked away knowing that my beach apartment was going to be energy efficient so we would be saving money as well as conserving energy.
