Would you enjoy to live in a perfect climate? I am not sure that I would.
I am not against residing in 1 of those climates, however I am certain that there would be some kind of downfall that would make the whole experience not worth it.
However, I can easily understand the appeal plus understand why there are people that would easily rather live in 1 of these climates, can you imagine never having to use a central a/c ever again? Honestly, residing a life without a central a/c sounds enjoy a dream come true in my opinion. I cannot imagine the delight plus the happiness that could come from not having to deal with an a/c or a oil furnace ever again! Occasionally, owning Heating plus A/C units can be aggravating, however you have to spend money for your Heating plus A/C units in so several ways. First of all, just to own an Heating plus A/C unit, you have to spend a fortune. Then, after you own the Heating plus A/C unit, you have to spend money weekly for the fuel that is required to use your Heating plus A/C units. On top of all of that, you have to spend money the Heating plus A/C worker to make sure that your Heating plus A/C units keep running, but by residing in a climate that requires you to own an Heating plus A/C unit, you are binding yourself to a lifetime of constant investment in the Heating plus A/C world. However, by residing in a site where you do not need an Heating plus A/C unit, you would bypass all of that. However, I am certain that there would be a tradeoff. I am sure that the price of land there would be outrageous, plus in regular cultures enjoy that, you end up having heavy rainy seasons or something else. There is no perfect site.
